- Izerone Solutions provides advice, support and implementation guidance
- Final responsibility for implementation and compliance rests with the client organisation
5. Confidentiality
Any information shared with us during an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to support the delivery of agreed services (e.g. certification bodies).
6. Fees & invoices
- All fees will be agreed before work begins
- Invoices are normally payable within stated terms (e.g. 14 days)
