Who we are

Izerone Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 06898254, registered office 9 Angus Close, Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5GS, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostic purposes.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to manage that engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, and performance of a contract where an engagement follows.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not add enquirers to a mailing list.

Third parties

This site is hosted by Krystal Hosting Ltd in the United Kingdom. Email is handled by our email provider. Web fonts are currently served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google servers when loading this site. [Delete this sentence once fonts are self-hosted.]

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for six years to meet statutory accounting and limitation requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Clients outside the UK

Where we work with clients in the European Union, India or elsewhere, data protection responsibilities are set out in the engagement contract before work begins.
